  • Where do you ship to?
    We ship to mainland UK, and all EU Countries. Postage to all other countries may differ when placing your order.
  • How can I track my order?
    You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow extra time for dispatch during busy periods.
  • How do I change my delivery address?
    Unfortunately, We can`t modify delivery addresses once an order is in the process. To manage delivery, sign up to carrier notifications, which may offer options for rescheduling.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple pay and Clearpay.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Delivery within the UK takes around 1-2 working days. We offer next day shipping in the UK, Please order before 3pm.
  • My order has arrived damaged?
    Please take pictures of the outer packaging, the damaged bottle(s) ensuring the bottle number is visible and email the pictures to our Customer Services Team at TheFragranceCompanyLdn@gmail.com Unfortunately damage incidents need to be investigated so we need sufficient photographic evidence. Please do not dispose of the bottles or packaging until we have advised you that we completed our investigations. All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
  • Is there a collection point?
    Yes, we have a collection point, this is on an appointment basis. Collection point: East London, E14 Commerical Road.
  • Do you offer your service for events?
    Yes we do! We operate majority of the time, bring in your last minute orders. Our products are available for all events and functions. For more info on this, please contact us via email: TheFragranceCompanyLdn@gmail.com
  • Can I amend or cancel my order after I've placed it?
    Unfortunately all of our shipping is automatic, so we cannot edit or cancel an order once it is placed.
  • My order has been received incorrect?
    We assume our customers have tested a spray before returning. Wedo not accept bottles that have been used more outside of this or our 28 day policy, if so the products will be returned back to you. Please note, products purchased as a bundle or set must be returned as a set for a refund otherwise it will not be accept for a refund and will be an exchange.   • How do I use my Oud?
    There are various ways to use your Oud, from the body to your home. Longetivity depends on each individual. A drop on your pulse points is vital for your Oud to last. Pairing your Oud with an unscented moisturiser allows your Oud to last even longer. Our ouds are universal, a drop of Oud and water in your candle burner will have your home smelling just as good as you!
  • Are your products Vegan Friendly and Cruelty Free?
    We only use Vegan Friendly Fragrance Oils, and of course they are cruelty free! Are your products safe to spray on clothes? As there is a high concentration of oils to make products last longer with ALL PERFUMES, not only TheFragranceCompany’s perfumes, we do recommend you take care when spraying on clothes. How do I store my products? Please note, as with all fragrances and ouds, they must be kept out of direct sunlight and away from hot/cold elements. Failure to do so may result in your product being affected.
